Common use of Debt Service Fund Clause in Contracts

Debt Service Fund. To the extent that the Debt Service Fund qualifies as a Bona Fide Debt Service Fund, money in such account may be invested without Yield restriction for 13 months after the date of deposit. Earnings on such amounts may be invested without Yield restriction for one year after the date of receipt of such earnings.
