Common use of DEBT SUBORDINATION/PERMITTED PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

DEBT SUBORDINATION/PERMITTED PAYMENTS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 4(c) hereof relating to payments on the Subordinated Debt that are permitted to be made to the extent and under the circumstances set forth in Section 4(c), Subordinate Creditor hereby postpones and subordinates all of the Subordinated Debt to the Full Payment of all of the Priority Senior Debt.
