Debt to EBITDA Ratio Maintain, as of the end of each fiscal quarter, a ratio of (i) Debt, excluding Debt in respect of Hedge Agreements, as of such date to (ii) Consolidated EBITDA of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for the period of four fiscal quarters most recently ended, of not greater than 4.0 to 1.0.
Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio To maintain on a consolidated basis a ratio of Funded Debt to EBITDA not exceeding 2.0:1.0.
Funded Debt to EBITDA Section 10.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.
Debt to Capitalization Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.
Liquidity Ratio A Liquidity Ratio of at least 1.50 to 1.00.
Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and
Cash Flow Coverage Ratio The ratio of (a) the Borrower's Cash Flow to (b) the sum of (i) the Borrower's consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Borrower's scheduled payments of principal (including the principal component of Capital Leases) to be paid during the 12 months following any date of determination shall at all times exceed (1) 1.5 to 1.
