Common use of Debtor Plan Terms Clause in Contracts

Debtor Plan Terms. (a) The Debtor Plan shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Debtors in their sole discretion and shall provide for, among other things, the treatment and resolution of all Claims and interests in a manner acceptable to the Debtors; provided that, the Debtor Plan must be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and provide for the Plan Treatment.
