Common use of Debtor Relief Clause in Contracts

Debtor Relief. Any Restricted Company (a) fails, or admits in writing its inability, to pay its Debts generally as they become due, (b) voluntarily seeks, consents to, or acquiesces in the benefit of any Debtor Relief Law, (c) becomes a party to or is made the subject of any proceeding provided for by any Debtor Relief Law that could suspend or otherwise adversely affect the Rights of Administrative Agent or any Lender granted in the Loan Papers (unless, if the proceeding is involuntary, the applicable petition is dismissed within 60 days after its filing), (d) becomes subject to an order for relief granted under the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended from time to time (other than as a creditor or claimant), or (e) takes any action to authorize any of the foregoing actions set forth in clauses (a) through (d) herein.
