Debtor will Collect Sample Clauses

Debtor will Collect. Unless and until the Secured Party terminates the Debtor’s authority to do so, the Debtor shall diligently seek to collect or cause to be collected, at the Debtor’s sole cost and expense, from the Account debtor and other obligors with respect to each Account, as and when due, in accordance with generally accepted lawful collection procedures any and all amounts owing under or on account of such Account, and apply forthwith upon receipt thereof all such amounts as are so collected to the outstanding balance of such Account. Nothing contained in this Section 5(e) shall amend or limit the Debtor’s obligations under Section 3(n) or 5(f).
