Debtors have requested. A. That Creditor continue to forebear from enforcing its rights under the Purchase Agreement, including, but not necessarily limited to, the right to bring suit and collect the monies now owed to it by Debtors; and B. That Creditor and Stockholder ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ reinstate the Noncompetition Agreements.
