Except as set forth in Schedule 3.3, such Debtor has not conducted business under any name other than its current name during the last five years prior to the date of this Agreement. On the date hereof, such Debtor’s jurisdiction of organization, type of organization, identification number from the jurisdiction of organization (if any), and the location of such Debtor’s chief executive office or sole place of business or principal residence, as the case may be, are specified on Schedule 3.3.
