Common use of Debts and Liabilities to Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Debts and Liabilities to Third Parties. As between Lessee and Manager under this Agreement, all debts and liabilities arising in the course of business of the Hotels are and shall be the obligations of Lessee, and, provided such debts and liabilities have been incurred in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Manager shall not be liable for any of such obligations by reason of its management, supervision and operation of the Hotels for Lessee.
