Common use of Debts of Owner Clause in Contracts

Debts of Owner. In the performance of its duties as managing Agent of the Property, Agent shall act as the agent of the Owner. All debts and liabilities to third persons and Employees of the Property incurred by Agent in the course of its operation and management of the Property shall be the debts and liabilities of the Owner only, and Agent shall not be liable for any such debts or liabilities, except to the extent Agent has exceeded its authority hereunder.
