December to 30 November. The Executive agrees that the provisions of Regulations 15(1)-(4) inclusive of the Regulations (dates on which leave is taken) do not apply to the Employment. Holiday entitlement will be calculated on a monthly basis and accrue on the basis of completed whole calendar months of Employment. The Executive will be paid for any accrued holiday not taken at the Termination Date. The Company may require the Executive to take accrued holiday during any notice period. If on the Termination Date the Executive has exceeded his accrued holiday entitlement, the excess may be deducted from any sums due to him. The formula for calculating the amount of holiday due to the Executive and any payments or repayments to be made is 1/260 of the Executive’s annual basic salary.
