DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & zoning and a vacation is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6, 2023, attached as Exhibit A.

The applicant's request for annexation & zoning a modification to the existing Development Agreement and a vacation Preliminary Plat is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6January 3, 2023, attached as Exhibit A.

DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & zoning and a vacation Development Agreement Modification is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the conditions of approval and new DA provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6September 13, 20232022, attached as Exhibit A.

DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA 5A and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & zoning and a vacation modification to the development agreement is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6August 9, 20232022, attached as Exhibit A.

DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA 5A and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & and zoning and a vacation preliminary plat is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement development agreement per the provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6October 25, 20232022, attached as Exhibit A.

DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & zoning a modification to the Development Agreement and a vacation Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the provisions conditions of approval in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6February 14, 2023, attached as Exhibit A.

DECISION AND ORDER. Pursuant to the City Council's authority as provided in Meridian City Code§ 11-SA and based upon the above and foregoing Findings of Fact which are herein adopted, it is hereby ordered that: 1. The applicant's request for annexation & and zoning and a vacation combined preliminary and final plat is hereby approved with the requirement of a Development Agreement per the provisions in the Staff Report for the hearing date of June 6, 2023, attached as Exhibit A.
