Common use of Decisions Binding Clause in Contracts

Decisions Binding. All decisions, determinations and actions of the Committee in connection with the construction, interpretation, administration or application of this Agreement shall be final, conclusive and binding on all persons, including the Company, its shareholders, Participant, and their respective estates and beneficiaries, and shall be given the maximum deference permitted by law.

Decisions Binding.
