Decisions of Committee. The Committee shall have the right to resolve all questions which may arise in connection with this Agreement. Any interpretation, determination or other action made or taken by the Committee regarding this Agreement or the LTIP shall be final, binding and conclusive. Amounts will be paid hereunder only if the Committee decides, in its sole discretion, that the Executive, Designated Beneficiary or other person is entitled to them.
