Common use of DECISIONS OF THE OWNER Clause in Contracts

DECISIONS OF THE OWNER. The Owner, through its duly authorized representatives, shall within a reasonable time after appropriate notice, make decisions in writing on requests, disagreements and claims between the Contractor and Owner. Such decisions shall be regarded as final.
