Decisions Rendered. Decisions rendered at Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the grievance procedure will be in writing setting forth the decision and reasons therefore and will be transmitted promptly to all parties in interest and to the president of the Association. Decisions rendered at Level 4 will be in accordance with the procedures set forth herein.
