Declaration as to Beneficial Owner. The Manager may require any Unitholder as shown on the Register to provide a declaration, in the form prescribed by the Manager, as to the beneficial owner of Units registered in such Unitholder’s name and as to the jurisdiction in which such beneficial owner is resident.
