Declaration of Administrator. Within 45 calendar days of the original mailing of the Notice Packets, the Administrator shall provide the Parties with a declaration specifying the due diligence the Administrator undertook to mail out the Notice Packets, verifying Administrator Costs, and reporting the number of Notice of Objections and Opt-Out Statements submitted.
