Common use of Declaration of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Due Diligence. The Settlement Administrator shall provide counsel 21 for the Parties, at least twenty-five (25) days before the final approval hearing, a declaration of 22 due diligence and proof of mailing with regard to the mailing of the Notice.
