Common use of Declaration of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Due Diligence. The Settlement Administrator shall provide for counsel the Parties, at least twenty-five (25) calendar days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, a declaration of due diligence and proof of mailing with regard to the mailing of the Notice that includes the results of the Settlement Claims Administrator’s mailings and additional information deemed necessary to approve the Settlement.

Declaration of Due Diligence. The Settlement Administrator shall provide counsel 10 for counsel the Parties, at least twenty-five (25) calendar days prior to the Final Approval Hearingfinal approval hearing, a declaration of 11 due diligence and proof of mailing with regard regards to the mailing of the Notice that includes the results of the Settlement Claims Administrator’s mailings and additional information deemed necessary to approve the SettlementNotice.

The Settlement Administrator shall provide counsel 17 for counsel the Parties, at least twenty-five (25) calendar days prior to the Final Approval Hearingfinal approval hearing, a declaration of due 18 diligence and proof of mailing with regard to the mailing of the Notice that includes the results of the Settlement Claims Administrator’s mailings and additional information deemed necessary to approve the SettlementPacket.
