Declaration of Vacancy. (A) Any officer, or Board of Directors member, or presidential appoin- tee, who fails to attend two consecutive regular Board meetings without excuse and/or submitting, prior to a board meeting, a written reason acceptable to the Board, shall be deemed to have vacated the office.
