Common use of Declining Margins Clause in Contracts

Declining Margins. (a) If for any reason Provider’s monthly Margins decline below the Minimum Margin during any monthly period, then Dental Cooperative shall, upon Provider’s request, make available consulting services through the Professional Standards Committee (or their designees) to review practice operations and to recommend remedial actions to increase the Margin. Provider shall pay the actual cost of such consulting services.
