Decreased Quantities Sample Clauses

Decreased Quantities. Either party to the Contract will be entitled to an equitable adjustment if the adjusted final quantity of Work performed is less than 75-percent of the original Bid quantity. The equitable adjustment shall be based upon and limited to three factors:
