Common use of Decrees, Etc Clause in Contracts

Decrees, Etc. Except for such matters as have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have a Schlumberger Material Adverse Effect, (a) no order, writ, fine, injunction, decree, judgment, award or determination of any court or Governmental Entity or any arbitral or other dispute resolution body has been issued or entered against Schlumberger or any of the Non-Schlumberger US Subsidiaries that continues to be in effect that affects the ownership or operation of any of their respective assets or that involves an amount greater than $25 million and (b) since December 31, 2012, no criminal order, writ, fine, injunction, decree, judgment or determination of any Governmental Entity has been issued against Schlumberger or any of the Non-Schlumberger US Subsidiaries.
