Dedicated Backup Availability. Dedicated Backup Availability means the percentage of time during a specific calendar month that the Dedicated Backup Services are available for your use, as set out in these terms. Dedicated Backup Availability is based on ticket information from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer Care. If an Out of Service condition is detected or reported, the Dedicated Backup Services will be deemed to be unavailable for the length of the Out of Service condition. Dedicated Backup Availability is calculated as the total number of minutes that the Dedicated Backup Services were unavailable during a specific month, divided by the total number of minutes in the specific month, multiplied by hundred (100) (for the percentage).
