Dedicated Properties Sample Clauses
The Dedicated Properties clause defines specific assets, equipment, or resources that are set aside exclusively for use under a particular contract or agreement. In practice, this clause identifies which properties—such as machinery, vehicles, or facilities—are reserved for the performance of the contracted services or delivery of goods, and may outline requirements for their maintenance, access, or return. Its core function is to ensure that the necessary resources are reliably available for the contract’s fulfillment, thereby reducing the risk of delays or disputes over resource allocation.
