Dedication Timing Sample Clauses

Dedication Timing. Following the completion of the relevant construction and embellishment works in accordance with the Planning Agreement and this ISDP, all open space areas, library and community facilities shall be dedicated to Council in accordance with the timing reflected in the documents or at a mutually agreeable time.
