Deductibles, Caps, Survival and Certain Limitations. (a) Subject to this Section 10.3, all representations, warranties, covenants and indemnities made by the Parties in this Agreement or pursuant hereto shall survive the Closing as hereinafter provided, and shall not be merged into any instruments or agreements delivered at Closing.
