Common use of Deduction and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Deduction and Authorization. During the term of this Agreement, the 23 Employer shall deduct initiation fees, assessments levied by the OPBA and the regular 24 monthly OPBA dues from the wages of those employees who have voluntarily signed dues 25 deduction authorization forms permitting said deductions. 26 27 Authorization forms will be required from any employees in the Wauseon Police 28 Department for whom the Employer is currently deducting dues. 29
