Common use of Deduction and Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Deduction and Reimbursement. Xxxxx hereby agrees that the Company may deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Xxxxx hereunder any amounts of money required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any and all applicable local, state or federal statutes or regulations or any amendments thereto hereafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting of compensation.
