Deduction From Contribution For Following Year. If any of the foregoing actions does not negate the shortfall (defined as exhaustion of total annual District contribution and reserves) in the same fiscal year, and the District must temporarily fund the remaining shortfall, such amount shall be deducted from the District’s contribution to the Health Fund for the following year.
