Deduction of Deposit. 3.1 If the tenant does not perform obligations listed in Contract for Finance Lease by appointments, Party A has rights to, even without the permission of Party B, voluntarily deduct the relevant unpaid funds from the deposit paid by Party B in the order of cost, other payables, liquidated damages, compensation, damage awards, and rent payable.
