Deduction of Union Dues for the Ohio State Troopers Association. The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee, who is a member of the OSTA, all OSTA membership dues uniformly required. The Union will notify the Employer annually of all the dues and the fair share fees it charges and its current membership and will update this information as needed.
