Common use of Deed of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Deed of Covenant. The Notes may be issued in bearer form (“Bearer Notes”), or in registered form (“Registered Notes”). Registered Notes issued by the Issuer are constituted by a deed of covenant dated 25 June 2021 (the “Deed of Covenant”).
