Deed Restricted Property. Any property in unincorporated San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County that is subject either to the Original Deed Restriction, or to a real covenant, equitable servitude, or other agreement in favor of the County, and restricting the ownership, use and occupancy of such property to persons who satisfy certain requirements, terms, and/or qualifications.
