Deed Restricted Property Market. This Covenant creates a housing market for employees in which sales prices directly relate to the income earned by those who live and work in the Telluride X-0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (Qualified Purchasers), while allowing customary free-market practices to influence the sale and rental of Deed Restricted Property as much as possible. Exceptions to this Covenant should be allowed only when the exception will not affect the correlation between local income levels and sales prices.
