Deeds and Other Real Estate Transfer Documents. Special warranty deeds conveying to Holdco, subject only to the exceptions reflected on the Time Warner Cable Title Policies (if such Time Warner Cable Title Policies have been obtained, or, if such Time Warner Cable Title Policies have not been obtained, subject only to such exceptions as are consistent with the representation set forth in Section 6.4 hereof), each parcel of the Owned Property, assignments of leases of Real Property and such other documents as may be necessary to convey other Real Property Interests, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Comcast Subsidiary, provided that in no event shall the warranties in such deed create any greater liability or liability to any other Person on the part of the grantor in excess of that provided for under the other provisions of this Agreement.
