Common use of Deeds of Trust Clause in Contracts

Deeds of Trust. It is mutually agreed between the Union and the Employer that all terms and conditions of the Trust Deed between the Union and the Greater Vancouver Hotel Employers Association in regards to Health Care, and all terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust between the Union and the B.C. Hotels Association in regards to Pension, shall be binding on the signing parties. This shall at no time determine the hourly rates of contribution as defined within Article 15 of the Agreement.
