Common use of Deemed Consent by Company Clause in Contracts

Deemed Consent by Company. If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth Business Day.

Deemed Consent by Company. If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date written notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative AgentAgent or the electronic settlement system used in connection with any such assignment) unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth Business Day.

Deemed Consent by Company. If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five ten (10) Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) to Company unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth tenth Business Day.

If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(iSection 9.1(b)(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five ten Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth tenth Business Day.

If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i12.1B(i), but excluding any consent of Company required for the sale of a participation set forth in subsection 12.1C), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) unless such consent is expressly refused by Company on or prior to such fifth Business Day.

If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) to Company unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth Business Day.

If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five (5) Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) to Company unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth Business Day.

If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i))hereunder, Company shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent) unless such consent is expressly refused by Company prior to such fifth Business Day.
