Deemed Consent by the Borrower. If the consent of the Borrower to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder, the Borrower shall be deemed to have given its consent five Business Days after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through the Administrative Agent) unless such consent is expressly refused by the Borrower on or prior to such fifth Business Day.
