Deemed Contracts. 5.1. Where we are the registered Supplier at a Supply Point, you are the occupier of the Premises and if you didn’t enter into the Contract with us in any of the ways described above (in Clause 4), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions under a Deemed Contract.
