A Deemed Individual Retirement Account, or Deemed Individual Retirement Annuity described in Code Section 408(a) where the context so requires, include a Traditional IRA, Rollover IRA and Combined IRA. No account established under the Prototype Plan may accept SEP, SARSEP, SIMPLE IRA or Xxxxxxxxx Education contributions.
