Common use of Deemed receipt of the Payment Order Clause in Contracts

Deemed receipt of the Payment Order. The Payment Order shall be deemed to be received at the time at which it is received except that: (a) where the Payment Order is received on a day which is not a Business Day or is received after 4 pm, Vilnius time on a Business Day, we have the right to treat your Payment Order as having been received on the next Business Day; and (b) if a Payment is to be made on a day in the future your Payment Order shall be deemed to be received on the day stated for the making of that Payment (provided we hold enough Electronic Money to execute the Payment and pay the associated Fees) or, if that day is not a Business Day, on the Business Day immediately following that date.
