Borrower or the REIT or any other Consolidated Entity shall have defaulted (beyond any applicable grace period) under any Debt of such party (other than the Obligations) if the aggregate amount of such other Debt is Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) or more and such default shall not have been cured or waived.
