Default By Crown Castle. Licensee may terminate a Product in the event Crown Castle breaches this Agreement with respect to such Product and such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after Crown Castle’s receipt of written notice thereof, provided that if a breach subject to this Section 8.2 cannot be cured within thirty (30) days, but is capable of being cured within a reasonable time thereafter, then Licensee may not terminate the Product if Crown Castle commences to cure within said thirty (30) days and thereafter diligently and continuously pursues such cure to completion, or Crown Castle provides Licensee reasonable assurance that the same breach to the same Product will not subsequently occur.
