DEFAULT BY INSTALLER. If Installer fails to pay the monitoring fee within thirty (30) days from the billing date or fails to pay any other amount herein provided within thirty (30) days after the same is due and payable, or if Installer fails to perform any other provisions hereof within ten (10) days after SentryNet has requested in writing performance thereof, or if Installer makes any assignment for the benefit of creditors, SentryNet shall have the right but shall not be obligated to exercise any one or more of the following remedies:
