Common use of Default* by Western Power Clause in Contracts

Default* by Western Power. If Western Power* is in Default*, the User* may: (a) notify Western Power* of Western Power’s Default* and require Western Power* to remedy the Default*; and (b) if Western Power’s Default* has not been remedied at the end of the 20th Business Day* after the notice was given: (i) terminate this Contract*; or (ii) withhold payment of any charges payable by the User* from the date of Default* under this Contract* for so long as the Default* continues unremedied (and no interest is payable by the User* on any amounts so withheld provided they are paid within 10 Business Days* after the Default* is remedied).
