Default if No Election. The Investment Committee shall specify an investment Fund for the investment of that portion of a Participant’s Account which is not yet held in an Investment Fund and for which no valid investment election is on file. The Investment Fund specified as of the Effective Date is set forth in Appendix B, and may be changed from time to time by the Investment Committee, in writing, without the necessity of amending this Plan and Trust.
