Common use of Default if No Valid Investment Election Clause in Contracts

Default if No Valid Investment Election. The Administrator shall specify an Investment Fund for the investment of that portion of a Participant's Account which is not yet held in an Investment Fund and for which no valid investment election is on file. The Investment Fund specified as of the Effective Date is set forth in Appendix A, which may be changed from time to time by the Administrator, in writing, without the necessity of amending the Plan and Trust.
