Default In Other Instances. In addition to and not in limitation of any of the other provision of this Agreement, any failure on the part of Manager or Medical Group to undertake any of their respective material obligations under this Agreement or any agreement made or entered into in connection with this Agreement shall constitute an event of default under this Agreement. Upon the occurrence of an event of default, the non-defaulting Party shall have all remedies available at law and equity.
