Default in Payment of Interest and Other Obligations. (i) The Borrower shall fail to pay when due any interest on any of the Loans, and such failure shall continue for a period of 5 Business Days or (ii) the Borrower shall fail to pay when due any of the other payment Obligations owing by the Borrower under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, or any other Loan Party shall fail to pay when due any payment Obligation owing by such other Loan Party under any Loan Document to which it is a party, and in each case, such failure shall continue for a period of ten (10) calendar days after the date on which the Borrower or such Loan Party receives notice of such failure from the Agent.
